Frequently asked questions

How do employees clock in?
With their own phone, they scan a QR code posted at the location or shown on a screen. When clocking out, they log their break and can enter any tips received. Forgot to clock out? There's an emergency clock-out for that.
Can I create rosters with InQlok?
Yes. The roster planner offers week, day and month views with conflict detection, employee availability, recurring shifts, templates and labour-cost calculation per day and week.
Does InQlok work for multiple locations?
Yes. With multi-branch mode you manage all your venues from one account, switch between branches and transfer employees from one branch to another.
How much does InQlok cost?
€8.50 per employee per month for the first 3 months (promotional price), then €11.25 per employee per month. All features are included and you can cancel monthly.
Can I send hours to my payroll administration?
You can export hours overviews to Excel, CSV and PDF. If you use Employes.nl, you can send approved monthly totals straight through via the built-in integration.
