€8.50 per employee per month. Your first month is a free demo month and the two months after that cost €7.75 per employee. From 50 employees you get volume discount, down to €6.50 per employee. No add-on modules, no hidden costs, cancel monthly.

Frequently asked questions

How do employees clock in?
With their own phone, they scan a QR code posted at the location or shown on a screen. When clocking out, they log their break and can enter any tips received. Forgot to clock out? There's an emergency clock-out for that.
Can I create rosters with InQlok?
Yes. The roster planner offers week, day and month views with conflict detection, employee availability, recurring shifts, templates and labour-cost calculation per day and week.
Does InQlok work for multiple locations?
Yes. With multi-branch mode you manage all your venues from one account, switch between branches and transfer employees from one branch to another.
How much does InQlok cost?
€8.50 per employee per month. You start with a free demo month and pay a promotional €7.75 per employee per month for the two months after that. For every 50 employees another €0.50 per employee comes off, down to €6.50 per employee per month. All features are included and you can cancel monthly.
Can I send hours to my payroll administration?
Yes. If you use Employes.nl or Nmbrs, you can send approved monthly totals straight through via the built-in integration. Using a different package? We'll build that integration for you in consultation — possible for most payroll systems. And you can always export hours overviews to Excel, CSV and PDF, so any system will work.
Can I move my existing schedules over from L1NDA?
Yes. The L1NDA integration imports your existing schedules into InQlok, so you don't start from scratch when you switch and your planning simply carries on. We walk through the import together with you, so shifts and employees line up properly. Using a different scheduling package? Tell us in the demo — we can usually build that import as well.
Can I factor my reservations into the planning?
Yes, if you work with ORBIT4. The ORBIT4 integration brings your reservations and expected covers into the shift planner, so you can see how busy a shift will be before you staff it — and avoid over- or understaffing. Using a different reservation system? Tell us in the demo and we'll look at building that integration.
Can I request a feature that doesn't exist yet?
