Questions about pricing

Is everything really included in one price?
Yes. All modules — clock-in, roster planning, time tracking, tip distribution, leave management and team & administration — are always included. There are no separate packages or add-ons.
Does a feature on request cost extra?
No. If you're missing a feature or your business works a little differently, we discuss it after the demo and build it in — most features within two weeks, at no extra cost and without changing your monthly price. The same goes for a payroll integration: Employes.nl is built in as standard and integrations with most other packages we build in consultation.
What do I pay after the discount period?
Your first month is a free demo month. For the two months after that, €0.75 per employee per month comes off your rate — with a team of up to 49 employees you pay €7.75 instead of €8.50. After that your normal (tier) rate applies. You don't have to do anything and you can cancel at any time.
Do I pay for inactive employees?
No. You pay per active employee. Set someone to inactive and they no longer count.
How does the volume discount work?
For every 50 active employees, €0.50 per employee per month comes off the price: 1–49 employees €8.50, from 50 employees €8.00, from 100 employees €7.50, and so on down to the lowest rate of €6.50 from 200 employees. The tier applies automatically — if your team grows or shrinks, the price adjusts the following month. For larger or unusual teams we'll put together a fitting proposal.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, the subscription can be cancelled monthly. There's no annual contract and no cancellation fees.
How does the free trial work?
You try InQlok free for 30 days with all features, without a credit card. If it's not a fit, it simply stops.
